Dosage form and Strength of Paxzen Tablet (Nirmatrelvir 150mg + Ritonavir 100mg):
Nirmatrelvir Tablets; Ritonavir Tablets Co-Packaged for oral use.
Each carton contains 30 tablets in 5 blister cards.
Each blister card contains 6 tablets:

• 4 Nirmatrelvir Tablets (150mg each)
• 2 Ritonavir tablets (100mg each)

Mechanism Of Action of Paxzen Tablet (Nirmatrelvir 150mg + Ritonavir 100mg):
Nirmatrelvir inhibits Mpro, the SARS-CoV-2 main protease, which in turn prevents the virus from processing the polyprotein precursors require for viral replication.
Ritonavir is an HIV-1 protease inhibitor with CYP3A-inhibiting effects. Ritonavir increases plasma concentration of Nirmatrelvir.

Administration of Paxzen Tablet (Nirmatrelvir 150mg + Ritonavir 100mg):
Morning Dose:
Take all 3 tablets at the same time from the morning dose portion of the blister card.
Evening Dose:
Take all 3 tablets at the same time from the evening dose portion of the blister card.
For oral use only.

It is used to treat mild to moderate Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease) in adults and children aged 12 years and above.
